MY MOM MADE THESE THEY WERE ALMOST PAPER THIN.

USE BONELESS WHITE  MEAT CHICKEN. CLEAN THOROUGHLY PAT DRY. SLICE PATTIES VERY THIN AND POUND THEM, DIP IN EGG THEN SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS. IN A LARGE FRYING PAN COVER WITH OLIVE OIL AND MAKE IT HOT. FRY EACH CUTLET UNTIL NICE AND CRISPY. TAKE OUT AND PLACE ON A PAPER  TOWEL  BEFORE MAKING CHICKEN BOIL 4CUPS OF WATER AND 2 CUPS OF WHITE OR BROWN RICE. WHEN YOU REACH THE BOILING POINT, COVER THE RICE AND LOWER TEMP. COOKING TIME 20 FOR WHITE  AND 40 FOR BROWN. TAKE A CAN OF PINTO BEANS PLACE IN POT ADD PIECE OF GREEN PEPPER 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC WHOLE 1 STRIP OF BACON 1/3 OF CAN OF DEL MONTE SAUCE  BLACK PEPER, GEEEN OLIVES SIMMER FOR 1/2 HOUR.

SERVE WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE SLICE TOMATOES  AVACADO WITH OLIVE OIL AND GREEN OLIVES. HOT SAUCE IS GOOD IF YOU CAN HAVE IT ON BEANS AND RICE..

Mmm made my mouth water. Hi I had to check out your page. I am adding you but it is getting to the point where it is sometimes hard for me to make the rounds! LOL I am trying to keep my friends list down to a minimum but it somehow is not working too good! Hope your week went well!

That sounds nice i`m not really a meat eater myself but i might make it for the kids and have mine without the chicken ...
